I'm 18 years of age and I have an uncontrollable passion for gaming and music, I was raised with great access to both of the two by the time I was old enough to crawl around I literally had a Sega controller in my hands bashing away at it with great amusement. I've owned every console since Sega including handhelds at one point in time or another, I'm extremely unbiased and don't consider fanboys to be real gamers.

I've led numerous clans through out my life the earliest one that I can remember was for a PC game called Starsiege: Tribes back in 1998 i was 7 years old at the time and I managed to hold my own with grown ups, and never understood why they got so mad when a kid beat them... It's 11 years later and now I understand exactly how they felt when a kid totally owns you, it's a mixture of disbelief and self pity. Over the course of 10 years i've led teams for pretty much any genre of game imaginable from FPS and Racing all the way to MMOs, I've led my fair amount of people in competitions.

I've also acquired four years worth of experience as a web community moderator and administrator, I've helped out with managing hundreds of sites over the period of 4 years. I've done just about anything you can think of from small start ups to well established communities with thousands of members registered. I've led gaming sites, fansites, RPGs, Music, and writers groups. These experiences have left me with a decent understanding of how to properly maintain and establish a successful community and the single most important word of advice I can give to anyone starting up a website is that your members always come first, and even when they're wrong they're right. You don't want to play the villain or take sides it's your job to be the moderator and keep everyone happy.
